Allstar Hub 2 for 900 MHz Linking

I spun up another Raspberry Pi server to act as an additional hub that I will link the 900 Repeater node into full time. With node 43943 being attached to the repeater directly and utilizing a cellular modem for internet access, It can not easily accept incoming connections. All incoming connections to 507676 will be available to 43943.
