Allstar Hub 2 for 900 MHz Linking

I spun up another Raspberry Pi server to act as an additional hub that I will link the 900 Repeater node into full time. With node 43943 being attached to the repeater directly and utilizing a cellular modem for internet access, It can not easily accept incoming connections. All incoming connections to 507676 will be available to 43943.

The repeater will link up to other nodes on certain days for nets and then disconnect automatically.
